Jim Creighton has drawn this rig to fit an existing hull design. Technically
a segmental sail, the panels are separate, each lashed to its adjacent
batten. In Thailand, this the norm with their Chinese rigged vessels. The
panels are intended to have camber cut into each panel to improve windward
performance.
